Meteorological phenomena are a source of inspiration for the painter Huguette Arthur Bertrand. She chose them for their dramatic character: Cela qui gronde (That Which Rumbles), Torrent (Stream), Foudre (Lightning), Écume noire (Black Spume), Noeud d’orage (Heart of a Thunderstorm)… These titles show how important nature is to her work and also emphasize their dramatic character.
