Georges Mathieu produced a series of posters for Air France in 1967. In a meeting of art and advertising, the project led to the presentation of the posters at the Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris in Paris, France. Mathieu’s Air France posters have been presented at a dozen exhibitions in France and around the world, and more than one million posters have been sold.
