Diane de Polignac opened the gallery in 2009 at 16 rue de Lille in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, then moved to 2bis rue de Gribeauval in 2016. Mathilde Gubanski, who joined the team in 2012, now manages the gallery. Diane de Polignac and Mathilde Gubanski partnered in 2024.
After a decade on rue de Gribeauval, the gallery is opening a new chapter in its history at 45 rue de Penthièvre, with the aim of offering ever greater visibility to the artists it represents.
The gallery represents a dozen Estates: Huguette Arthur Bertrand, Albert Bitran, Inès Blumencweig, Sergio de Castro, Pierre Fichet, Loïs Frederick, Robert Helman, Roberto Matta, Jean Miotte, Maria Papa Rostkowska, Marie Raymond, and Gérard Schneider.
Thanks to these partnerships, the Gallery contributes to the artists’ renown through exhibitions, publications, and documentaries.
