DELIVERY
These provisions shall complement the provisions of the Diane de Polignac Gallery’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”), in particular, Article 9, “Collection and delivery of the Works”.
The Diane de Polignac Gallery offers two methods of delivery:
- Collection at the Gallery
- FedEx Priority service
1. COLLECTION AT THE GALLERY
You can opt for “Collection at the Gallery”, which is available when making the payment for your order.
This option is free of charge.
After receiving a confirmation e-mail, your order will be available for collection at the Gallery at 2 bis Rue de Gribeauval, 75007 Paris, France.
By choosing the “Collection at the Gallery” option, you undertake to collect your order directly from the premises of the Diane de Polignac Gallery located at 2 bis Rue de Gribeauval – 75007 Paris (France), during opening hours on any working day from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, or on Saturdays from 3 pm to 6 pm (except during annual periods of closure).
Before choosing the “Collection at the Gallery” option, we recommend that you consult the annual closure periods of the Gallery by contacting us directly using the contact details given in the Legal Notice.
Collection is possible upon reception of an e-mail by the Customer indicating that the order is available.

2. FEDEX PRIORITY
Packages are dispatched during working hours from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Please allow us 24 hours (on working days) to prepare your order for shipment. This period may be longer during holidays and public holidays. FedEx provides a tracking number.
As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive your FedEx tracking number by e-mail. You can track the progress of your package directly on the FedEx website.
For the delivery time, please check the delivery time directly on the FedEx website.
Please note that these delivery times may be extended due to customs checks or any other event over which the Diane de Polignac Gallery has no control (strikes, health crises, etc.).
A signature will be required upon delivery of your package.
Before signing, please indicate any defects or comments concerning the product on the carrier’s delivery slip. On a more general note, we invite you to consult Article 12 of the GTC with regard to the terms and conditions of receipt to be respected.

DELIVERY ZONES AND RATES (FEDEX):
Delivery rates are calculated automatically according to the size of your work and the delivery address.
There are three delivery zones:
– France: FedEx deliveries cost between €50 and €200, depending on the size of the package.
– Europe (countries in the European Union): FedEx deliveries cost between €100 and €500, depending on the size of the package.
– Worldwide (countries outside the European Union): FedEx deliveries cost between €150 and €700, depending on the size of the package.
